What’s your backstory? 

I started my business because I’ve always believed in the power of small yet meaningful gestures. As a mom of three, I know how much a simple handwritten note or cherished photo can brighten someone’s day.

I wanted to make it easier for people to share those moments. I’m also passionate about mental health advocacy and appreciate the impact positive social relationships can have on mental wellness.

Our goal is to foster connections and relationships.   

We’re a charitable partner of Project Healthy Minds, a non-profit working to make mental health resources more accessible to everyone. 

What’s your income streams?

100% online.  

How have you grown the business?

Word-of-mouth, along with our partnership with Project Healthy Minds, has been a big driver of growth.

We are working on a collaboration with a very special brand that will launch at a pop-up in the Hamptons this summer, so stay tuned! 

What is your favorite product?

My favorite product is Token Moments for its way of connecting to people who matter most.

Receiving a handwritten note in the mail, especially one that comes with a little keepsake, can truly make someone's day.

Someone took the time to sit down, write a personal note, and put a stamp on it. 

If you could go back, would you do anything differently?

Start sooner! Progress over perfection. 

What are your goals?

I hope to continue to encourage connectivity.

What apps do you use?

We use Shopify, Klaviyo, and many apps to streamline and support our online efforts. It seems like every week there is a new tool that is better than the last. It is hard for me to keep up!

Do you have a favorite podcast? 

I often joke that Instagram speaks to me! I follow a few people that post quotes and when I read them, It feels like they are speaking directly to me! My latest favorite is @melrobbins

Do you have pets?

We have three dogs, all boys! They are Goldendoodles. Harley, Beau, and Bandit.  They each have their own unique personalities.

It’s like having three more children - they understand exactly what I am saying and can read the energy in the room!

We always bring them to Florida with us and when I say “Florida,” they know they are headed to the beach!
